MG Milley, Commander of the 10th Mountain Division, will be discussing the Army's Community Connect program - as well as his diverse experiences as an operational commander in Iraq and Afghanistan and as the Military Assistant to the Secretary of Defense. The talk will be held from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM in Malkin Penthouse at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government on Tuesday, 4/17.
